Curating design futures that provoke engagement and challenge the traditional…

Conceived as a project in itself, Curated Futures is a most extraordinary platform for creative collaboration, critically opening up the culture of design and innovative thinking.

Co-working and co-creating with Design Companies, Trends Agencies, Research Establishments and directly with the Client and end-user, we split our activities between self-supported initiatives, friendly collaborations and client commissioned projects.

Evolving out of a ‘collective’ of designers, engineers, artists and scientists, Curated Futures is becoming an influential go-to resource in the midst of the disruptive era. The work pushes the boundaries of design thinking by developing innovative forms of cross disciplinary practice and new critical directions while engaging mainstream clients and delivering a series of original projects in the UK and abroad.

Characterised by a highly conceptual approach which combines the commercial and practical demands of the client with critical and provocative thinking, Curated Futures demonstrates the possibilities for creativity to engage beyond the traditional boundaries of design practice and the limits of professional concern.

Pushing the boundaries of creativity, collaborative working and co-creation to inspire interest in the culture of design and how it relates to wider culture, society and politics.

With over a decade and a half working on a diverse range of creative projects within the Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, Education and Government sectors for clients including: The Crown Estate, National Assembly for Wales, The Eden Project, Snowpod Ltd, Weird Fish, The Lyric Theatre, Aga Rayburn, The Pop Factory and numerous SMEs.
